Iowa Again!

This past weekend Ela took her second trip to Iowa:

Our first stop was in Grinnell to see good friends Logan & Aanna Greer. Ela had a lot of fun with them. We got to visit a local coffee shop and see the art gallery there. We also visited their family soy mill where they make all kinds of soy products. Fun!

Then it was on to Burlington to see James & Lacey Bell and six month old Norah. Ela and Norah became quick friends. They liked looking at each other in amazement. I think Ela was a little bit jealous that Norah got to eat things like rice cereal, oat cereal, and, for the first time, a banana.

Last but not least, good old Uncle Frank. Yep, Frank and Ela bonded immediately and spent quite a bit of time together. These are just two of the many pictures they had taken together. First, Ela cuddling up next to Frank. Second, making mouth bubbles--they're the best.
